Saturday 5/25: 6am – 9pm

Sunday 5/26: 6am – 9pm Tuesday (KDHE IT has a security patching activity planned for multiple servers on Sunday morning from 6am-12pm. The KEES and Perceptive Content servers are among the ones being patched. If staff should be unable to access either KEES or Perceptive Content on Sunday morning, please wait a few minutes and then try logging in again.)

Removing Prior Medical Months – Reminder

The KEES Help Desk has received an increase in tickets where the PMED months have been removed from the Medical Person Detail page prior to them being Denied.  Please remember that in order to appropriately remove PMED months that are in Pending status they must first be Denied before being removed from the Medical Person Detail page.  If you remove any PMED months without first denying them they will remain in Pending status on the Medical Person History page.  

 

Medical Processing Deadlines   

KDHE Processing Deadlines for FY 2025 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
