Person Search first to determine if known person and usable case
Link the e-app to usable case number
Manually assign worker
Update address
Update task to complete (DO NOT ADD TO TRACKER)
Person Search first to determine if known person and usable case
Review e-Application Summary and complete Person Search to determine P-EBT program block exists, but adding new child
If child is not known to case then click New Person from the Case Summary page from case Task Navigation
Add child with the same application date as other child(ren) on the P-EBT program block
Link the e-app to case
Update task to complete (DO NOT ADD TO TRACKER)
Person Search first to determine if known person and usable case
Click Link e-App to Case from e-Application Summary
Create new case
Manually assign worker to office
Ensure no adults included on P-EBT program block
If adult added in error, edit program block and remove adult same day
Check for address changes and update if needed
Complete task (DO NOT ADD TO TRACKER)
Person Search first to determine if known person and usable case
A usable case would be a TANF/FA/CC case number that the applicant is already included on as household member, but they are not the actual case head, as may be the other parent in the 2 parent household
From Case Summary of usable case, click New Person if any people not already included on case
Register P-EBT by clicking New Program in Task Navigation on Case Summary
Click Worker Assignment to assign to office
Click Link e-App to Case from e-Application Summary
Check for address changes and update if needed
Complete task (DO NOT ADD TO TRACKER)
