KEES Inserting Denial Rescinded Events for Already Approved Months

We are aware of KEES not having matching events between the Medical Person History page and the Person History Detail page. This is occurring when EDBC months are being run out of order. Running EDBC out of order will cause downstream issues. In this instance, it will prevent the RE Run Reason from showing up in the drop-down when processing a Review -or- will prevent someone from showing up as an option to Reapply. Please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if you come across this issue.

 

PACE Case Counting Allocated Income that Cannot be Found.

We are aware that EDBC is counting Allocated Income from a ghost record. Please ensure that the eligibility determination matches your preliminary outcome. You can check the income counting in the determination from the Medical EDBC Summary page by selecting the beneficiary’s hyperlink under Eligible Budgets, Potential Eligibility, or Failed and Overridden Budgets section; then navigate to the hyperlink next to Unearned Income on the Requested Medical EDBC page. Please continue to submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if you come across this issue.

 

E-linking Error - Can't Link SSP E-App

Workers are receiving an 8303 Error in some instances when registering people during the eLinking process when the Same address as box is checked on the Registration Person Detail page. Please continue to submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if you come across this issue. As a workaround, workers can uncheck the Same address as box and continue through file clearance.
