Note: Start To Finish Review Skill will be added as needed by supervisor.
Note: As stated in 06/04/2025 Dispatch, FM Start to Finish paused tasks may be impacted. There is a cleanup effort prior to EOD 06/06/25.
New No Contact types outcomes have been added when workers need to transfer work.
Transfer to DCF
Transfer to FM
Note: The existing No Contact type outcome will still be used by staff when they are unable to complete a task.
Transaction Detail will be available on the view case screen by clicking on a case from the search Case or Waiting Case Screens. This screen will show the Action (what happened, who modified, and when they modified. It will also show the reason a case was paused.) The updated will provide workers, quality, and supervisors with more contextual details to clearly understand what happened with a case.

New Bundling Order
The bundling hierarchy has been added to allow more accurate task routing and bundling. Hybrid Review should now route to the Hybrid Review queue instead of the E and D Review queue. The Received date in CURRENT will pull from the highest priority task/activity.
