Password Expiring Emails

Some staff may have received an email from ‘noreply@kees.ks.gov’ reporting that their KEES Password was about to expire. If you received this email this afternoon, please disregard it. Staff should note, that we have fixed the issue, therefore if any additional emails are received, they should be considered valid.

Assign Case Worker Task

Currently, No Touch is creating the Assign Case Worker task when an eApplication falls out of the No Touch process after registration, even if the case worker (or casebank) assignment was successfully completed. Until this issue has been fixed, Staff simply need to confirm that the case worker/casebank assignment has been accurately completed, and if it has, then complete the task so that the downstream Process Application task can be generated for Eligibility Staff.  It is no longer necessary for Staff to submit Help Desk tickets on this issue.

Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2022 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
