SSP Upload My Documents Screen Shows Inaccurate Amount of KB Used for Uploaded Files

When an SSP user uploads a document over 5mb to the Upload My Document page, the screen incorrectly shows there is still room available. Once the Upload button is clicked, the Please limit the file size to 5mb validation is appearing. This is causing users confusion since the screen shows the document is under 5mb. If a consumer reports this error, please advise them to mail or fax large documents to the KanCare Clearinghouse or their local DCF office; then submit a KEES Help Desk ticket for the consumer.

8305 Error when Attempting to Rescind Using 1st Month Ineligible

We are aware that in some scenarios, staff are getting an 8305 error when attempting to rescind a consumer using the 1st Month Ineligible rescind reason.  Submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if this issue occurs so that a data fix can be performed.

 

Red New Indicator on Medicare Tab - No New Data

We are aware of the New indicator on a Medicare record when no new data is reported. If you come across this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.

 

8600 Error when Clicking on E-Review Hyperlink

If a consumer submits their e-Review and enters a phone number that exceeds the allowed 18 characters, workers will receive an 8600 error when they click on the e-Review hyperlink. If you come across this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket so a data fix can be performed.

 

 

EDBC Counting Both Individual's Life Insurance Policy for Each LTC Recipient

We are aware of the individual’s life insurance policy counting for both spouses if they are an LTC recipient. Please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if this issue occurs.
