Bankruptcy Detail Page – Bankruptcy case number is not Allowing Alpha Numeric Values – FIXED

The reported issue of the Bankruptcy Detail page not allowing alpha numeric bankruptcy case numbers has been fixed.

 

Redetermination Record did not Create for New Application, Past months were Opened Instead – FIXED

The reported issue of old Redeter Records being opened instead of a new Redeter Record being created when a new application has been received has been fixed.

 

Zero Error after Selecting Process E Change Button – FIXED

The reported issue of getting a Zero Error after selecting the Process E Change button has been fixed.

 

Child Care EDBC has Aid Code of Future Benefits in Error – FIXED

The reported issue of CC EDBC producing an aid code for future benefits in error has been fixed.

 

REMINDER: Entering ABAWD Time Limit Records

UPDATE: ABAWD months will start counting July 1, 2023. To reduce the risk of closing a Food Assistance program in error, staff should be completing the Time Limit records when needed. The “Did not meet work/training requirement” record type can be used starting with the July 2023 benefit month beginning on Friday May 19th. This is when July becomes available as a come up month in KEES.  As a reminder, “Did not meet work/training requirement” is only added through come up month. All other time limit record statuses are added through the next Review or IR month as shown in the chart below.

 

Making sure Time Limit records have been entered correctly will help ensure data collection for ABAWDS is accurate when the ABAWD batch resumes in a few months. A month with no Time Limit record will be treated as a countable ABAWD month by KEES.  The current ABAWD period is 10/2022-09/2025. Make sure Time Limit records are added to the current ABAWD period. Enter an Exempt from work/training time limit record.  This value should be added for all benefit months through next Review/IR.
