In some situations, staff are seeing the Case Head displayed in the top blue banner of KEES change after eLinking. This is a display only issue and staff are able to correct it by navigating to the Individual Demographics page for the Primary Applicant (no changes need to be made) and then Save back off the page. This will cause the Case Head in the top blue banner to update to the appropriate person. A defect has been logged for this issue so it is no longer necessary to submit tickets to the KEES Help Desk.
