The Distributed Documents page and journal entries have been updated from running the Aged-Out Application process earlier this month. The Aged-Out Application process will not run for the benefit month of July.

The reported issue of getting a validation error message interview record has not been created after rescinding the program block has been fixed.
REMINDER: The Medical Condition page must be completed if an individual is disabled and exempt from ABAWD work requirements. By entering an appropriate record on the Medical Condition page, KEES will recognize that the person is not an ABAWD, and a record will not need to be entered into the Time Limits page. Enter an Active Medical Condition record with a Medical Condition Type of Incapacity – Verifiable and at Least 30 Days for the following reasons:
An ABAWD pursuing Presumptive Medical Determination (PMDT), Vocational Rehabilitation (DCF) or Veteran (VA) Disability.
Provides a Doctor Statement ES-4309 or a written statement from a medically qualified source that states they are unfit for employment.
Self-Declare their disability on the ES-3900.
Determined the person is unfit for employment using the prudent-person principle, using reasonable evidence to support your decision.
