KEES Help Desk has received tickets reporting that KEES is not including a space between the consumer’s middle initial and last name on the Case Summary page. Accenture is currently troubleshooting this issue. Workers no longer need to submit additional tickets reporting this issue.
Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
EWAP payments on Issuance History are updated to a status of Submitted after the case is picked up by the daily issuance batch to submit a payment to the water vendor. When SMART sends the payment to the vendor, the status is updated to Issued and a date of issuance is added in KEES. It was reported in the 4/26 dispatch, that the status was not updating to Issued as expected. This has been resolved.
Please remember that when reviewing the TANF Approval NOA the Resource Limit amount listed is incorrect. Staff can add the correct amount to the comments section of the NOA using the text below.
You must tell us if your household’s total cash, savings, checking, or other resources goes over $2,500 within 10 days of when this change occurs. The $2,000 limit listed above in this notice is incorrect.
If there is other information within the NOA that needs to be corrected, staff can also delete the approval NOA and use standard copy and paste text on a V808 if necessary. This can be found at Home > KEES User Manual > Forms and NOAs > DCF Standard Text for Copy & Paste > TANF > TANF Approval.
An Emergency Allotment Issuance for June Food Assistance households was sent to the EBT provider (FIS) this past weekend and will be available to consumers starting Friday, 7/22. The staggered issuance chart is below for your reference.
