Updating Relationships

Staff are experiencing an error when they click on the Number of Relationships Remaining To Be Created hyperlink from the Relationship List page. Until this issue is fixed, staff need to use the Add button from the Relationship List page to add or update relationship records.

 

e-Application Summary

Staff should be aware that the Program Applications section of the e-Application Summary displays the program applicants. Staff should look here to determined who is applying for assistance.

 

Below is a comprehensive list of defects that have been fixed and validated up through 7/06 and the programs that were impacted. These are items that have been found and reported to us as part of the most recent KEES Release. Thank you for your patience while these, and the remaining issues are being addressed. The V301: Interview Notification form is not generating as expected from the from Customer Appointment Detail page. Until this issue is fixed, generate the form from Document Control.
