Sometimes when generating a Form, the following error will be received: Message from webpage Unable to get property ‘innerHTML’ of undefined or null reference. Staff will need to navigate back to the Contact Summary page, click Edit next to the PA’s Mailing Address, and then click the Save and Return button (without updating any information). Staff should then be able to generate their Form without error.

The ES-4318: Work Program Payment Authorization form is not getting mailed to consumers when it is generated and printed centrally. Until this issue is fixed, staff need to print this form locally and mail it to the consumer.
When searching for P-EBT tasks with a status of Complete, KEES is returning blank results if a date range is not entered as well. Until this is fixed, enter a date range when searching for Completed P-EBT tasks on the Task Inventory page.
