Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2022 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
A data mapping issue has been discovered with P-EBT e-Applications from the Self-Service Portal (SSP). Until this issue is fixed, staff should not register P-EBT e-Applications. Linking and registering P-EBT e-Applications will cause more work and an unnecessary touch by eligibility staff. If clients call concerning the status of their P-EBT application, please let them know we have started receiving applications and it could take 6-8 weeks for their application to be registered and processed. Staff can also remind clients they can view the status of their e-Applications using the View Application Status link under the Apply for Benefits section when they are logged into their SSP account.
