We are aware of an issue in KEES where a consumer has a spoken language of English but a correspondence language of Spanish, and the NOA does not generate in Spanish. If staff encounter this, a KEES Help Desk ticket should be submitted so this can be further researched.
It has been reported that when a worker performs an override to add or update LTC Details, the LTC Details they just added are not displaying on the EDBC Summary page. Based on the reports we have received this is a display only issue. Workers can Accept and Save the EDBC results without the LTC Details displayed, and when the Accepted and Saved EDBC is reopened, the added/updated LTC details will display correctly. If staff encounter this display issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket. This is not considered a Dead Stop, however; this will help us gauge how often this is occurring. Additionally, if this does not display when EDBC is reopened, or the LTC details do not feed over to KMMS properly, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.
