When a child on a blended case was denied for Future CHIP Start Date in the month of application, they were not appropriately updating to Active MEM when the current calendar month’s EDBC was run. This issue has now been resolved.

We are aware of an issue where TANF Programs are not being discontinued when time limits are reached. Until this issue is fixed, staff can manually discontinue the TANF Program. We are working on a fix and a clean-up report to ensure that all impacted programs get discontinued appropriately.
The V010 Social Security Number Request form is currently not putting the correct name in the body of the form. It is currently pulling in the Case Head’s name rather than the child’s name. There is no workaround for this, however staff should be aware in case calls are received.
