The reported issue of receiving the error EDBC cannot be run because an Interview record has not been created for new applications has been fixed.
Reminder: The account number entered on the Money Management Detail page must appear exactly as it appears on the utility statement, including any preceding zeros. No special characters or spaces are permitted. Copying and pasting the account number from the vendor website should be avoided as this often adds a trailing space.
