Over the weekend a clean-up effort was completed on SSP accounts for clients with multiple SSP accounts that have been dormant. Any duplicate account that has not been accessed within the last 12 months was deactivated. These SSP accounts were unlinked from their KEES case and a journal entry was added to note which account was deactivated. In addition, any old pending link request tasks related to those accounts were also rejected.
Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2022 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
