We recently learned through some of our Community Partners that some consumers received an error message when attempting to submit their SSP application, but received a confirmation message in their SSP Message Center. When they inquire on the status of their application with their local office, staff are unable to find these e-applications in KEES. This is because the initial submission of the SSP application was not successful. This issue has been fixed and was pinpointed to consumers who listed more than one vehicle resource on their SSP application. A message will be pushed out to the consumer’s SSP Message Center tonight. The subject line will read Incomplete Application and state the following:
We noticed you have an unsubmitted application. Please click the Continue Save Application link under Apply for Benefits on the Home page if you still want to complete and submit your application. This is an auto generated message. Do not reply.
