Countable Annuity Income:
There is currently an issue that is preventing workers from entering countable annuity income (or updating existing countable annuity income records). To process a case with annuity income, workers will need to select the Category of Miscellaneous and Income Type of Other-Countable. In the Description field of the Income Detail page, please indicate that the income type is Annuity Income-Countable. If the case already has an income record for countable annuity income and it needs to be updated, please create a new income record using the above workaround and have the current annuity income record removed by a supervisor.
Pensions/Other Retirement Income:
There is currently an issue that is preventing pensions and other countable retirement income from being included in the total countable income at EDBC in some scenarios. To process a case with countable pensions or retirement income, workers will need to select the Category of Miscellaneous and Income Type of Other-Countable. In the Description field of the Income Detail page, please indicate that the income type is Pensions/Other Retirement. If the case already has an income record for countable pensions or retirement income but it is not counting in the budget at EDBC, end date the current income record and please create a new income record using the above workaround.
