P-EBT on Medical Cases

This past weekend there was a batch ran to add P-EBT programs to roughly 10,000 Medical cases. DCF worked with KDHE to leverage the Medical cases where we had children verified as eligible for P-EBT but did not have a usable Non-Medical case.  Notices will be sent from the Medical case and will contain DCF contact information for consumers.  DCF staff should not attempt to fix the case or run EDBC.  The only items that should be reported to the KEES Help Desk are:

  1. Any task generated on a Medical case that pertains to Non-Medical and/or the P-EBT program.

  2. Any other Non-Medical program registered on a Medical case i.e. TANF, Child Care, etc.
