KEES Case and KEES Case-PPS Application Plans
The KEES Case and KEES Case – PPS application plans will get an update so that workers will no longer get an error when the client’s name is over 40 characters long. This change will not impact the way these application plans are used or the business processes around them. It will prevent the worker from getting an error and allow them to scan documents successfully.
Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
Non-Medical Application Plan
The DCF Non-Medical application plan will be removed from Perceptive Content over the weekend. On Monday morning workers will no longer be able to select this application plan or scan documents with it using a desktop scanner or IN Printer. The drawer and all documents currently in that drawer will not be touched or impacted. You will still be able to access the drawer and view the documents moving forward.
DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2022 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
