For staff that have the ability to submit KEES Help Desk tickets via ServiceNow, an update will be made Monday night. Previously your Incidents that had been Resolved by the KEES Help Desk remained showing under Open Incidents. Effective Tuesday morning, Resolved tickets will now show under Closed Incidents. We hope this update will make it easier for you to manage/monitor your open tickets.

The LIEAP Discontinuance Batch ran over the weekend for the 2024 LIEAP Season. Program blocks were discontinued with an effective date of 8/1/2024. LIEAP Program Blocks do not have to be active to issue benefits, so staff do not need to rescind the program block for the benefits to be paid on cases that are still being corrected.
