Below is a comprehensive list of defects that have been fixed and validated since 7/24 and the programs that were impacted. These are items that have been found and reported to us as part of the most recent KEES Release. Thank you for your patience while these, and the remaining issues are being addressed. Please continue to report any issues found to the KEES Help Desk.

 

 

Address Normalization

There has been a slight change in the Address Normalization process. Now, staff will only be presented with a Normalized Address when there is a difference between the User-Entered Address and the Normalized Address. Example:

Normalized Address Will Not Be Presented:

 

 

 

In the first example, the User-Entered Address did not contain the +4 digits of the Zip Code or the County. However, in the second example, the User-Entered Address contained all of the same information the Normalized Address would have contained, so no Normalized Address was presented.

 

P-EBT on Medical Cases – Reminder

P-EBT programs have been added to Medical programs. KDHE Staff should refer to the P-EBT on Medical Case Communication document sent via KEES dispatch on 07/24/2020 for more information.

 

Staff should not attempt to fix the case or run EDBC.  The only items that should be reported to the KEES Help Desk are:

  1. Any task generated on a Medical case that pertains to Non-Medical and/or the P-EBT program.

  2. Any other Non-Medical program registered on a Medical case i.e. TANF, Child Care, etc.
