Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2022 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
Extra snippets are appearing in the approval NOA that is generated after processing a Review or IR, leading the consumer to believe they are getting ‘extra’ benefits. Until this issue is fixed, staff should delete the KEES generated NOA and use the Standard Copy and Paste text. Spanish translation will be added to the KEES User Manual. It is no longer necessary to submit tickets for this issue.
The PDF that generates from applications submitted from the SSP are not showing the programs applied for. Staff should look at the e-Application Summary page to view which programs the consumer is requesting.
The PDF that generates from reviews submitted from the SSP is not displaying the consumer’s signature. Staff should use the telephonic signature process until this issue is fixed. It is no longer necessary to submit tickets for this issue.
Auto Worker Assignment for P-EBT Program Blocks is not consistently working. If the wrong office is auto assigned, staff should manually reassign the P-EBT Program Block to the correct office.
DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2021 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
