When imaging in Perceptive Content, please ensure that you have selected a Capture Profile and an Application Plan. If you are unsure how to set these, please see the KEES User Manual.
When using the KEES Case Application Plan, staff need to ensure they have the Case Summary page of the case number they are imaging to pulled up. This is where Perceptive Content pulls the case information from. If staff skip this step, they will receive the No Case Number Found error message.
