EDBC for 9/2019 Not High-Dating

Issues have been reported regarding workers being unable to run EDBC for the month of 10/2019 when completing case actions on programs that had a 09/2019 review due, and have run through the Reviews Batch. The issue arises when EDBC needs to be run on a program that received a No Review, Passive, or Super Passive review on 08/10/2019 when the 09/2019 reviews batch was completed. Since the batch saved and accepted an EDBC for 10/2019, changes can only be made through 09/2019 until 10/2019 becomes available to run in KEES on 08/20/2019. If you are experiencing this issue and need to run EDBC for 10/2019 please complete one of the following actions based on the type of work being performed:

  1. If you are working from a report for a cleanup project and do not have a task in KEES, run up through 09/2019 and mark this on the report to return to when 10/2019 EDBC can be run.

  2. If you have a task in KEES that you are working from, run up through 09/2019 and place the task on hold until 10/2019 EDBC can be ran.
