The KEES User Manual has been updated with a business process. This business process should be followed when staff encounter a consumer who is active on MAGI coverage but needs to be approved for LTC coverage on a separate program block. These instructions now will include Working Healthy/WORK recipients entering a Long Term Care (LTC) living arrangement (either temporary stay or permanent stay) and returning to Working Healthy/WORK after the LTC living arrangement has ended.
