We are aware of No Touch occasionally registering e-applications and not auto reindexing images to the case. If staff should come across a No Touch registered application and find that none of the images are linked to the case number, they will need to locate the images in Perceptive Content using the eApp Number. Once located, the images will need to be manually reindexed to the case using the KEES Indexing eForm. If staff are unable to locate the images, a KEES Help Desk ticket should be submitted.
It appears that in some instances, information from Current™ is not getting passed properly to KEES. This can cause a task in KEES to show a status of New, whereas Current™ will show that it is Assigned. This can also impact the Medical Applications and IRODs report, causing it to show some KEES tasks as New when they should show as Assigned. If you encounter this issue, please submit a ticket to the KEES Help Desk.
If you were expecting a CHIP Penalty Period to generate after running EDBC and it did not, please submit a ticket to the KEES Help Desk. Please do not manually create the Penalty Period.
Please pay attention to the effective dating in KEES. Ensure the End Date is after the Begin Date. Currently there is no validation in KEES to stop a user from entering an incorrect date. Until this can be mitigated, it is important for staff to review the information they are inputting.
