The Help Desk has been receiving reports of receiving an 8200 when trying to request verification for Step 2 and Step 3 VLP.
Please continue to submit tickets, and please note in the detailed description of the ticket that a request has been submitted to have a manual SAVE completed. This will alleviate the Help Desk having to email staff to request this step.
