Due to increasing questions being received from consumers, a K2K has been developed to inform staff about the criteria and frequency of the Medical Free and Reduced School Lunch interface files. A KEES Help Desk ticket should be submitted if an individual meets all the criteria in the K2K; but it is believed to have not been sent in the file(s). Each KEES Help Desk ticket should begin with “MFRSL” in the short description. This K2K will also be added to the KEES User Manual.
Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2022 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
