Attaching Screenshots in ServiceNow

With the recent upgrade to ServiceNow workers are no longer able to attach screenshots by clicking on the paperclip icon and browsing for the appropriate attachment.  Workers are now able to drag and drop an attachment anywhere on the Incident ticket to attach the screenshot.  A detailed updated job aid will be provided next week.
