The KEES Help Desk had received reports that when a worker was viewing the NOA that generates after EDBC, they would sometimes see the wrong case information. If the NOA was closed and viewed again, the NOA would have all of the correct information. A fix has been applied to KEES to prevent this from happening. We ask that if any staff should encounter this again, to please submit a ticket to the KEES Help Desk. (Please include in your ticket whether the case information displayed on the NOA was from another case you worked that day or if it was a case you had not worked on previously.)
