KDHE Processing Deadlines for FY 2024 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
An issue has been discovered that caused multiple ES-3100R forms and Voter Registration Cover letters to be sent to clients. In addition, multiple Customer Reporting records were created as well. If there are multiple reporting records and staff are ready to run EDBC to process the Review, they will get the error message that the review needs to be completed. This is because there are records that are in a Sent status. Staff will need to update all of the records to Received and run with the RE Run Reason to by-pass this validation. This will only update 1 Customer Reporting record to Complete after saving and accepting EDBC, but that is okay because a data fix will be run to remove the other(s). Once the data fix has been run, we will send another update.
DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2023 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2024 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
