Please remember, if you need to edit your Received Date in the Document Keys section when imaging to Perceptive Content you MUST enter it in MM/DD/YYYY format. Do NOT use any other format. Examples of incorrect formats: MMDDYYYY and MM/DD/YY. Using the incorrect format will result in all documents associated with the scan going to an error queue. These documents will stay in the error queue until KEES Operations Staff have a chance to fix the date. This results in task creation being delayed. Users will not be notified that they are using the incorrect date format and will need to be diligent when editing the date.

The reported issue of the Reject button not appearing on the Third Party Liability page has been fixed.
The reported issue of SE income that was calculated for PM is not being retained on the Average Calculator after saving has been fixed.
The reported issue of Medical SSP Applications producing Non-Medical PDFs has been fixed.
The reported issue of CE Override Details page not working as designed has been fixed.
Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2022 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
