KEES not Giving TMD a Full 12-Month CE Period at Review

We are aware of the initial CE period holding after the post-partum period is completed when the aid code changes from CTM to TMD at review. Please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if this issue occurs to you.

 

Premium Billing System not being Updated Based on Positive Changes Made to Case

We are aware that KEES is not currently sending all positive changes to the Premium Billing System in PAID months. If staff make a change to a CHIP child for a month that is already showing in Premium Billing, a KEES Help Desk Ticket will need to be submitted so that the case can be added to the Premium Billing Fix File. If you are making changes for a future month, no Help Desk ticket is needed.

 

Unable to Remove MIPPA Income Amount Detail Record

We are aware that staff are unable to remove MIPPA Income Amount Detail records in some situations. If you experience this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket so they can have the record removed via data fix.

KEHS Child Care Plans

Staff should not be overriding Family Plans when writing plans for KEHS children. Staff should follow the steps in the KEES User Manual here.

 

Overridden Child Care Plans

After the KEES Child Care changes released in the end of 2021 and beginning of 2022, there should be no reasons that require a Family Plan to be overridden. Staff should not override Family Plans unless instructed to do so by the KEES Help Desk. When Family Plans are overridden, the entire Child Care Program is skipped by necessary batch processes. In addition, KEES does not assign the appropriate roles to the household members which can cause issues with notices and reports.
