When creating a Service Arrangement for PPS Vendor Payments (VenPay), on the Service Arrangement screen, be sure to choose the Issuance Method of SMART before clicking Save and Return. There is an issue that the Issuance Method is not defaulting to SMART at this time. The field is defaulting to EBT which is not allowing the PPS Vendor Payment (VenPay) payment to issue.
