Zero Error When Clicking the Hyperlink to View EDBC Results

The reported issue of KEES throwing a Zero Error when clicking the hyperlink on the EDBC List page has been fixed. – FIXED

 

KC-5810 Populating with an Incorrect Admission Date

We are aware of an issue with the KC-5810 Facility Notice populating the wrong admission date. Staff should delete the NOA and send a manual notice to the facility. In order for us to fix this issue quicker and avoid this workaround, we need a KEES incident ticket submitted each time staff encounter this issue. If we do not have any tickets to show this is still occurring, it may be assumed it is no longer happening and staff will have to continue to complete the workaround adding unnecessary steps to the process.

 

Reasonable Compatibility Showing a Fail Incorrectly when Self-Attestation is Higher than What is Returned by KDOL/TALX

We are aware of the issue with Reasonable Compatibility showing a fail incorrectly when self-attestation is higher than what is returned by KDOL/TALX. When this occurs staff should update the income to Verified and journal that SA was higher than KDOL or TALX.  In order for us to fix this issue quicker and avoid this workaround, we need a KEES incident ticket submitted each time staff encounter this issue. If we do not have any tickets to show this is still occurring, it may be assumed it is no longer happening and staff will have to continue to complete the workaround adding unnecessary steps to the process.
