We are aware of the LTC Protected Income Limit being used during a PMG determination when HCBS is also being requested. When staff are processing an application or review for PMG Disabled Adult Child with an HCBS level of care, please change the RMT to Medical. Staff can confirm if the application is only applying for medical assistance by searching the e-application number through Perceptive Content, KEES Unknown Case Documents drawer.
