KanCare beneficiaries will receive another communication regarding the public meetings surrounding the MCO transition from Aetna to another Kansas MCO. Consumers will receive one of the following: SMS messaging, email communication, or voice call. Messages are available in English or Spanish based on the case head’s language indicator. These messages will begin sending out on 09/23/2024 and end on 09/27/2024 between the hours of 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Consumers that do not have a phone number or email address available in KEES have been sent a letter on 09/13/2024.
