We are making an upgrade to the KEES ServiceNow ticketing system. The upgrade will be deployed tonight and ServiceNow submitters will see the new format when they log in tomorrow morning. There are no major changes to the functionality. The KEES Issue Template should still be completed and then copy/pasted into the ServiceNow ticket. You will still receive an email once the ticket has been submitted and you will receive an email once the ticket has been resolved. Please review the job aid and instructions.
