Issue with Income Amount Detail Records Duplicating:

The issue that was causing Income Amount Detail records to duplicate was fixed Monday evening. A data fix ran last night to remove the duplicated records from the system. Reports are being generated now to determine which cases may have been impacted by this issue and potentially received an incorrect determination. These will be shared with the business to distribute to staff as necessary.

Non-Medical Programs

Address Missing on the PDF for e-Applications:

PDFs generated from the DCF Self-Service Portal (SSP) do not list the consumer’s address. Until this is fixed, staff can reference the address on the e-Application Summary page or the address that maps into the Contact Summary page.

Correct Benefit Amount does not Display on NOAs when there is an Overpayment:

In some scenarios, the correct benefit amount is not displaying on Approval or Review NOAs when there is an overpayment. For example, when processing a Review with an overpayment listed and there is not a benefit change. Until this issue is fixed, use the Standard Copy and Paste text listed below in the comments section of the NOA if the recoupment is not mentioned.
