With the release over the weekend, the All People Associated with the Case section of the Case Summary page was reordered. Names now appear in alphabetical order starting with last name, then first. We are investigating why this change occurred and will provide an update once one is available. It is not necessary to submit Help Desk tickets to report this.
KDHE Processing Deadlines for FY 2024 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
Change tasks generated from the Self-Service Portal (SSP) are generating for the Administrative queue as expected, but with a region and location of DCF Central Office. In order to find these tasks in KEES, staff need to leave the region and location blank, or use a region and location of DCF Central Office when searching for these tasks on the Task Inventory page.

The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2024 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
