We are aware of the reported error of start dates on NOAs for CHIP being incorrect. We are currently working on a fix for this. There is no need to submit a help desk ticket for this issue. Workers will need to delete the system-generated NOA and create a manual NOA using the Standard Copy-Paste using the correct start date.
