Some staff have encountered an error when attempting to generate a Contact Log. The issue occurs when staff use a template to type up the Additional Notes and then copy/paste them into the Contact Log. Some special characters do not copy/paste appropriately into the Contact Log. If staff should encounter the error message below, they will simply need to remove any non-alphabetic characters and renter them directly into the Contact Log. This should correct the issue. This change was made for security reasons, but we are looking into any options we may have to prevent this from being an issue for staff.
