A fix was deployed on 9/28/24 to stop the 404 errors that staff were receiving. If you continue to receive this error, please submit a ticket to the KEES Help Desk.
Please ensure your ticket includes the following:
Date and Time the error was received.
Name of user who got the error.
What action were you trying to take?
If you are working from an office, which office are you in? If you are working remotely, how are you connected to the internet (ie hard-wired, wifi, or hotspot).
Include a screenshot of the error – make sure it includes the top section of the browser that shows the URL and what tabs you have open.
The KEES Issue Templates were recently updated, and the revised versions were shared in the KEES Dispatch dated September 23rd. A KEES Issue Template should always be completed when reporting issues to the KEES Help Desk and we hope the updated fields will assist with the reporting process. As always, the templates and job aids for submitting issues can be found on the KEES Repository. Separate templates are specific to Medical and Non-Medical. Please begin using the updated templates from this date forward.
