Sunday 10/13: 1pm-6pm
An update to this process has been made to call out specific Non-Medical Programs that need a Contact Log created. When any household member is incarcerated while currently active for Food Assistance (FA), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and/or Child Care (CC). Contact Logs do not need to be created for LIEAP or PPS Programs.
It is also important to note a journal entry is automatically created on the Non-Medical case number when the Clearinghouse utilizes the Contact Log to create a task for DCF. The additional notes listed on the task and in the Journal entry do not mean secondary verification has been completed on the incarcerated individual, but provides information received by the Clearinghouse through their data match process. DCF staff still need to complete the secondary verification process on these individuals.
