The reported issue of EDBC determining MN3 erroneously for under 300% income limit has been fixed.

 

Invalid RMT Combo with only one person on the Program Block – FIXED

The reported issue of encountering an Invalid RMT Combo Error with only one person on the Program Block has been fixed.

 

Medical Processing Deadlines   

Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.

 

 

Non-Medical Programs

 

Foster Care EDBC failing for the month of application – FIXED

The reported issue of FC EDBC failing for the month of application has been fixed.

 

C811 is printing all Child Care benefit months – FIXED

The issue with the C811 not generating with the correct Family Plan months has been fixed. The batch that automatically mails the C811 and P202 has been turned back on and staff no longer need to manually send the P202.

 

Non-Medical Processing Deadlines

The DCF Processing Deadlines for 2023 have been updated. Please refer to the attachment that was sent out in the 10/4/2022 KEES Dispatch for the updated version.  We will provide you with the link once the 2023 Processing Deadlines have been updated on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures, and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
