Delinquent Premiums in Notice not Matching KEES Delinquent Months

We are aware there is an issue with NOAs when closing a CHIP case for delinquent premiums, the notice delinquent dates do not match the dates in KEES. If you come across this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk Ticket.

 

Case Summary Page has no Dropdown Carats for Active Members

We are aware that some Active household members do not have dropdown carats showing for them on the Case Summary page in KEES. Please submit a KEES Help Desk Ticket if this occurs for you.

 

CURRENT Tasks Sent to CURRENT without Worker Assigned

We are aware there is an issue occurring for staff who have previously claimed, worked, and closed the task placing it On Hold. The correct information is sent to KEES, but when the task comes back to CURRENT the worker is not assigned. If this occurs for you, please submit a Help Desk Ticket

 

Medical Processing Deadlines   

The KMMS Monthly File will be sent the night of October 22, 2024, instead of October 23, 2024. The updated Processing Deadlines for FY25 shows this change and will be updated on the KEES Repository shortly.  

 

KanCare Proactive Communications Schedule

The KanCare Proactive Communication Schedule is available on the KEES Repository under KDHE Communications. The calendar has been updated on 09/20/2024 to include the months of 09/2024 through 08/2025.
