There is an issue where the Prior Medical indicator is showing as an “X” on the first page of the PDF, but showing “No” on the e-Application. Since it is unknown what the consumer chose, clarification will be required by the worker. KEES Help Desk does not require any more incident tickets related to this issue at this time.
