Over the last several months, it has become apparent that certain browser settings may impact a user’s experience in KEES. We wanted to be as transparent as possible by sharing the issues that have been identified so far. Not all staff will experience all of these issues, and some staff will experience no issues at all. It is important to understand that it is not our intent for staff to have to do daily “workarounds” to get around these issues. We are working with both KDHE and DCF IT Staff to help solution these issues for each individual user. Because of this, it is important that every worker who is experiencing one of the following issues opens a ticket with EBITS.

Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2021 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
KEES is exempting earned income incorrectly for emancipated minors who are attending school. Until this issue is fixed, staff should not enter a Student Attendance record if the emancipated minor is attending school and working. This workaround is for Food Assistance only. If the emancipated minor is also receiving TANF, contact KEES Help Desk for additional guidance.
